What is the installation timeline?
Your schedule will depend on the model you choose and when you book, but on average, delivery takes about 3 to 4 months after the contract is signed.
Can I buy just the tiny house without land?

Can I choose the materials and colors?
Yes. You can customize your tiny house with the assistance of our designer, Madeleine Dulac of Juste Milieu. Fees may apply depending on the level of customization.
Are these prefabricated houses?
Yes. Each tiny house is entirely prefabricated in our workshop in Quebec, using sustainable, local, and eco-friendly materials.
